All genes are cloned in pMEV-2HA driven by optimized CMV promoter for high-level protein expression in mammalian cells. N-terminal 2xHA expression tag increases efficiency in immunoprecipitation or Western blot analysis with anti-HA antibody. The vector also features kanamycin/neomycin gene for bacterial (with kanamycin) or stable mammalian cell selection (with G418).

Plasmids provided are expression-ready and transfection purity. Purchase of additional quantities of purified plasmids can be arranged. Please call for quote.
